I give it 4 stars because my car showed up how it was when it left and the driver was kind and allowed me to put some things in my car. It took over 2 weeks to go across US. Make sure to choose a city nearby instead of your address to save money ($250 in my case) on pickup and if the driver says he showing up tomorrow ask for a time frame ( between 10am-12pm, etc).
