Dispatcher gave clear details of drivers and contact info in which I was always able to contact. Dispatcher also followed up to see if delivery have been made and if I had any issues.
Drivers communicates clearly of steps of what to do with my vehicle from start to finish. My driver suggested that I left my car at a lighted location where there are cameras available and also suggested a drop off location close to my location. He was also a whole day ahead of schedule and gave me the status including when he picked up my vehicle, midpoint text, delivery eta the morning of, and his eta 30 minutes from delivery. Great service all the way around.
