Jennifer at Ship a Car Direct handled the up front communications very well - explaining everything we needed to know and providing helpful advice. The transporter did a great job scheduling and updating us on when the car pickup would occur. And likewise he gave us advance notice a day before delivery, and again then a 2-hour window for final drop off - which he met. The car arrived on time, undamaged and in good shape (albeit a little dirty). Overall we were very satisfied.
