Ship a Car Direct was a great service, from beginning to end! I first became interested in them because they have great reviews online, and I'm happy to report that my experience was in line with that! Their customer service staff is very friendly, and I definitely felt like I was well informed in terms of what was expected on my end and what I would be receiving on their end. Also, they really keep you in the loop about what's going on with your car: I knew exactly when it was being picked up and dropped off, which made the process so simple and hassle-free. To the people at Ship a Car Direct, thank you for your service; it's truly appreciated!
