This was my first time transporting a vehicle anywhere, and Ship-A-Car Direct agents were friendly and helpful. There was a little snag in planning the pickup – the folks doing the actual pickup kind of took me by surprise, with less than hour heads-up – but fortunately I had time to meet them that day. Plus my Ship-A-Car agent, Renee, was super responsive, and made sure I had a little extra time (two hours) to get things together before meeting with the pickup people. Would definitely use again!
