The process was smooth and there was always someone available to answer my questions and give me updates about where my car was. Their website is super helpful and also answered a lot of questions that helped me make the decision to use them over other auto transport companies. There were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises and they delivered my car in the same condition it was in when it was picked up. My only complaint was that they told me someone would call me 24 hours before my car would be picked up but no one actually called me until one hour before my car was to be picked up. I had to rearrange my schedule on short notice in order to get to the pick-up spot in time. It ended up working out fine and I still highly recommend them, but that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (I would give 4-1/2 stars if I could).
