I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. Jennifer, the lady who I contacted really helped a lot, for scheduling the shipment of my car and other things. Whenever I had questions, she was reachable and quickly responding. When the originally scheduled pick up of my car didn't work, because my friend who had the key to the car wasn't available, Jennifer soon helped me find another carrier and scheduled another pick up. Eventually, my car arrived earlier than I expected, and with nothing wrong.
