Picked up my car a day early but it was up to me to communicate with the hauler on dates, preferred payment, etc. I wish the company did a little more since they vet the haulers - I would think they would know their preferred payment method so I didn't have to call to find out. Car arrived dirty but in good condition, so as expected.
