First time shipping car. A lot to learn. Plan ahead. You don't get to choose your exact dates that you want pick up and delivery so be flexible. For example, we didn't factor in rental car costs and that was a major cost. Stefan and the Ship a car direct team are easily reachable, but once the car is with the truck driver, it is out of their hands. Truck driver made us drive to meet him, which was annoying.
