Used their services twice and had no issues. The gripe that I did have was when I requested a quote the first time, I was given a range. My schedule had changed from when I originally wanted to ship my car so I went to see another quote and which read a lower price. BUT, I was locked in from the first time I requested a quote when the date of shipping I provided the first time, which had passed by the time I wanted to see a second quote. So I ended up having to pay around the first price.
