Everything about the process with Ship a Car Direct was near perfect. From the set-up online to monitoring throughout the process to the ease of delivery (on a move from Boston to Southern Arizona). The only disappointing aspect is that you stop interacting with actual staff and are routed to call center employees. But for the cost, considering the distance and time, it was an amazing deal. Will absolutely use again if I move back east.
