From the original quote to the delivery of the car, shipacardirect was amazing. Renee communicated with me regularly and was always quick and friendly when answering my many questions. She reassured me when I got nervous as the pick up date got closer and helped me find a resolution for the pick up photos when I had an issue downloading the app. Jerry was great in that regard as well. The app did get fixed and was extremely helpful with documenting the pick up and delivery. The company that picked up this order, MIG Express, was also amazing. Car was picked and delivered on time and arrived in perfect condition. Great first car shipping experience!
