I shipped my car from East Coast to Southern California. Ship a car direct was responsive, informative and helpful. Price was slightly higher than other companies by ~$100 but I felt safe, in good hands, and that there weren’t any additional fees incoming. Using their app to take before and after pictures was also easy to use and a great added service. I would definitely use them again next time. The shipping company that I was matched with was also courteous and responsive and the estimated timeframes were accurate. They even let me pay after the delivery which was another layer of security for me. The one point of feedback is that the inside floor of my car was noticeably muddy when handed to me. I understand outside of my car being dirty is expected from the trip and some dirt inside as well but mud inside could have been prevented.
