The initial communications were very smooth. The agent Jennifer explained everything very well. However the actual pick-up date was 6 days later than the first available date although they said it was usually a 3 to 4-day window. The transit was fast though. There was also a price hike of 100 dollars when the carrier got assigned. She decided to give me $50 to the broker fees as an compensation.
