I engaged Ship a Car Direct after trying to recover from a bad vendor that my 82 year old mom had previously engaged. By the time I got involved the other vendor was no longer responding to her calls for updates. I dealt with a guy named John at Ship a Car Direct and he was very helpful. He better explained how the whole process works and was straightforward rather than making promises he couldn't ever keep. The car did not get moved as quickly as I hoped, but that was not their fault. Overall, I would give these people a rating of about 8, but compared to the other company, these guys are a 12.
