I had my 2012 Fusion shipped from Austin to LA. Matt, the shipping broker, was in constant contact and very helpful. The driver picked the car up on Thursday and dropped it off on Monday, which were the scheduled days. The driver was courteous, nice, and walked me through the entire process. If I ever need to ship another car, I would definitely use Ship-A-Car Direct again and I will definitely recommend them to others who need something shipped.
