Bottom line up front: I would highly recommend this company to someone else and would use their service again in a heartbeat!
I originally tried another car shipping company and was significantly disappointed because they took no action to keep me informed or increase the bid to ensure my car could be shipped out in the desired time frame.
I went with Ship a Car Direct and immediately saw a night-and-day difference. They assigned me an agent who kept me informed every step of the way, including when a price increase would be appropriate, and they didn't even charge me for the price increase! They also had a 24/7 customer service team, and a damage claim agent in case I had any issues.
Overall, Ship a car direct exceeded my expectations!
