Overall, it is a very great experience. The service I received from Ship a Car Direct is simply excellent.
The communication is super great: since after I put the delivery order, the coordinator keeps me informed for the process. Once the truck driver is chosen, the driver and driver's company called me to inform me the pick up time. The driver came to pick up and deliver my vehicle within the scheduled time (3 days from IL to NC).
