I am very happy with the service provided by ShipacarDirect. For me the most important element of the transaction was that the car gets picked up on time. My son's lease was ending on the last day of the pickup window. I contacted the ShipacarDirect about 2 weeks before the date. They were able to find the trucking company and follow up with them to make sure that the car gets picked up on time. There was a delivery delay caused by the trucking company issues. I was contacted by ShipacarDirect every day and they followed up with the trucking company to get updated delivery date. The car was delivered without issues. I did use ShipacarDirect photo app to take before and after pictures. I did not have to use them but I think it reduces the level anxiety associated with the process.
