We recently used Ship a Car Direct to move our Ford C-Max from Arizona to North Carolina. The transport went off without a hitch and the car arrived in perfect condition. The only reason I'm not giving them 3 stars is because the carrier that offered to transport the car wanted $1250, $150 than the $1100 Ship a Car Direct originally quoted me. They were able to have the car picked up on the first day of a 2 day window I had and that I considered was worth the additional cost. They did give me the option to refuse the first carrier offer and wait for one that was in line with the original quote, but due to my ridged time line, I figured a carrier in hand was the best way to go. Very pleased with the carrier and the delivery was right on time and door to door. Thanks "John"!!!
