Matt helped me through the initial start up process and answered my questions along the way, this being my first time using a shipper. He kept me updated. The party where the car was parked was given ample notice of the pickup time and all went well with that. I was sent photos of the car on the trailer at my friends place in Kentucky. (Note, this was my dad's, who passed away recently car) and I opted to have it shipped to my home in Pennsylvania instead of making a third trip back. The trucking company stayed in contact with me and I was notified of the approximate delivery time the next day. About an hour before delivery I received another call to let me know he would be there at the given time. The driver, who was polite and courteous, arrived in the time frame unloaded the car and made sure everything was good and was on his way home. Overall this was a very good experience, I'd use "Ship a Car Direct" again if I ever have the need.
