Dave from ShipACar was great. As a first time shipper I didn't know or understand the process and he walked me through it all. I greatly appreciated that. He was also available to help when the shipper was non-responsive.
The shipper used ok. On the pick up side, they did not give the promised 1hr warning for pick up and therefore, as I wasn't just sitting around waiting for them, it had to be moved back by about 4 hours.
On the drop-off side, the shipper missed their delivery window by more than an hour and I had to call them to confirm time and location of drop-off because they hadn't called.
All in all, good experience with ShipACar, not so much with the carriers.
