We decided to use Ship-a-Car for the first time after reading the reviews and checking with other shippers.What surprised me the most was how open Ship-a-Car was.They really do seem to want the customer to know everything about the company, the services and what to do or not do. I was impressed at how often I heard from them before the pick-up date.They send reminders, suggestions and remain open to answer any questions I had.. And since this was the very first time I was using a shipper, boy did I have a lot of questions. But they answered all of them and did a bit of :hand-holding" over the telephone and email.In the end, everything went extremely well and I was very impressed.
