I had a decent experience. The scheduling is a bit stressful as you need to basically be 'on-call' for a 4 day window with potentially same-day confirmation. I wish I could have known at least a day in advance to plan, but otherwise everything was great. I met the driver about 15 min away from my house at a parking lot (he knew the best areas for his truck) and he was very polite. Same for pickup - provided me a day notice which was very helpful. You have to pay in cash or certified check which is a bit odd, but fine if you know in advance. Car was is good condition, just needed to clean it and fill one tire with some extra air. Overall good experience.
