Great communication, system is flawed and may cause some anxiety

The good: I was very impressed how fast your broker gets back to you and how nice and polite they are. The bad: They didn’t know if they’d even have a carrier until the last minute (a couple days before the pickup needed to happen) The system is done in a bidding fashion so the broker has to “guess” at how much will attract a carrier to you and then wait. So with mine (a std cab small pickup truck with basic canopy) i had to add $ at the end so the whole thing would even happen in time. Just make sure you know this going in and that you may need to spend more than initially thought. Looking back, I would rather know up front and even pay more to have the certainty that the whole thing would happen in time than wait and hope.

We are glad to know that Eve was responsive, nice and polite. In the transport industry, carriers will wait until their trucks are actually in the area and will pick up cars that are available to be picked up right then and there. If carriers commit too early they may encounter delays on their way across states and not fulfill the order. Also, initial quotes can change depending on the demand and supply of the transport route. The quote is always an estimate of what the final price may be to get your car moved. Certain times, availability, and other factors can always effect the price. We appreciate your feedback and we will do our best to improve the way we communicate this aspect to our future customers so that they understand the process upfront. Thank you.
