We transported two cars 3,000 miles and Ship a Car Direct was professional and explained the process. Once we were assigned a driver, Norbert, he kept in contact with me along the way and kept his word about delivery times and the care given to our cars. He worked with my schedule to stay on top of the work order and was very professional along the way! The driver even went as far as to help me drive the cars to the house from the lot to which I directed him. Now that is customer service!! I recommend this company to everyone and if you are lucky enough to get this driver...even better!
