The service rep from ship a car direct was very helpful and maintained contact with me throughout the shipping process and helped me to get the best deal a week before I needed to ship my car off a few days after July 4 (busiest time). They connected me with a very reliable auto transport carrier in Downey, CA and the driver there was so helpful and insightful. My car was in perfect shape when I picked it up in California and even though my battery died the company jumped it for free! Also my car arrived a few days before the expected delivery date which was awesome because I needed my car earlier. I would definitely use these services again
