We had a great experience! We shipped 2 cars on 2 different dates and had to make a few last minute changes to pick-up and drop-off locations and the carrier was very accommodating. You need to be a little flexible with the pick-up and drop-off dates, but we knew that ahead of time and all of the pick-up and drop-off dates were on-time, except one car was picked-up one day early. Would recommend and would use again!
