Ship a car direct did a good job providing us with auto transport services. They were always available by phone and email. They sent detailed instructions along the way. The transport company we were paired with was responsive, friendly, and worked with us to arrange pick up and drop off. We would have appreciated from them the option to pay by check, however they and ShipACarDirect were clear upfront about payment methods. Their quote was competitive and slightly better than other online quotes we obtained. Overall we had a positive experience and would use them again.
