The pickup process was a breeze. He checked the cars thoroughly for any damage. The cars arrived ahead of us and we picked them up from the lot a few days later. They were in the same condition as when we left them.
The only suggestion would be, if you pick up the cars, that you receive a discount. We had to take an Uber 30 minutes to get to the location. Otherwise, everything was great and we were happy.
