i have contacted about a dozen auto transport brokers and decided to go with ship a car direct. there are other brokers that would give very low estimates but once i read the fine prints, i realized that there are so many ways they can charge you extra once the car gets picker up. (pick up charge, drop off charge etc.) I was happy I went with ship a car direct as I always had someone to answer my questions and respond to my concerns. even when i had hard time reaching the carrier company, the representative from ship a car direct made efforts to contact them directly on behalf of me so i would get updates on transport process.
