Jon from Ship-a-car answered all my questions and was very transparent about their role in the process, how the boarding process works and how they get your car picked up by a carrier. They use only reputable carriers that they have vetted from their experience. I initially booked w a different broker and switched to ship a car, after feeling uncomfortable with the process from the other broker. Being able to look ship a car up online, read reviews from real customers and see their listing with the better business bureau made me feel much more comfortable. It was worth the little extra brokerage fee to have a sense of secutrity. Would use again. Gabriel, from the carrier, also was incredibly accessible and easy to work with.
