Not a good experience

The original delivery date is June 25 and I requested an address change on June 5th (before they pick up my vehicle), but they gave me a call to charge extra 100 dollars because of an address change on June 20. And they said the vehicle will be delivered on June 22 (not 25), extra fee will be charged for pushing delivery date. The start date of my parking lot at destination is June 25 based on their estimated time. I have to pay extra bucks (more than 100) for car delivery.

We appreciate that you took time to share your feedback about your transport experience. This is one of those instances where booking in advance does not help secure a carrier sooner, nor does it help with getting an accurate price. Unfortunately in this industry price is constantly fluctuating based on numerous factors which is why we recommend getting your quote closer to your moving date. Your quote was done a month in advance and had changed by the time it came to actually ship your vehicle. We apologize if we did not communicate that properly to you, and we will do our best moving forward to be as upfront about that as possible. Thank you
