Overall, our experience with Ship a Car Direct was really good. Minor frustrations include the price increasing from the time we got our quote, to the time our car was picked up (3 month time span). My understanding is that this was due to increasing fuel costs and shortage of drivers. To Ship a Car's credit, they reduced their fee to help compensate. Our driver picked up and dropped off the car really late (after 10 pm each time), but again, this is not something Ship a Car can control. Customer service was excellent. My questions and phone calls were always answered and our representative, Matt, was good at keeping us informed of the status of our shipment. We would definitely use this service again.
