Overall the experience was very positive though the initial scheduling took some time to ensure a pickup date and time. Stefan did a great job keeping us informed. Once we were scheduled with Carolina Transport and their driver Max, getting the car to an area was a little confusing. Max ensured the entire car was reviewed for dents, etc... and took us through each item. We found it a bit confusing that the gps tracking on the car did not work during the transport so we couldn’t tell where the was during it’s trip across the country. It would have been great if that was a function of your app. We were not present when the car was dropped off but again the driver went over the car with our brother in law and their daughter. We’ll pick up the car in a few weeks and we’ll reconfirm all is well. At this time I would recommend your services for anyone looking to transport their car. Great Job!
