After another service wasn't able to pick up my car on-time, Ship a Car Direct was able to have my car picked up the NEXT day. I couldn't believe it. John was very helpful on the phone and did a great job. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the delivery company didn't let me know when the car was arriving until the day of, so I had a lot of days waiting by the phone to see if my car was coming...and they wanted me to meet them in a parking lot at 10pm. I requested they wait until the next day so I could see the car in daylight (and assess for any potential damage). They agreed without protest, which I appreciated.
