Ship a Car Direct was really good overall. John was pretty responsive and once I decided to use Ship a Car Direct, there were a lot of resources provided. The carrier picked up the car one day later than anticipated and was difficult to get in touch with, which was a bit frustrating, but Ship a Car Direct gave me another number for them and it eventually worked out. The experience wasn't entirely flawless, but overall it was good - the car arrived on time and in without any major damage.
