This was quite simple. Booked the service. Got a call from Stephen about a week later to confirm everything and the car showed up on time. Only word of caution is that they won’t tell you the actual confirmed date the car will be picked up until a week out. This can be hard for ppl who are moving alone and don’t have someone to help stay behind to give access to the car should you already have left for your new location before they got there. This is common for almost all auto transport companies unless you go with a big moving company like North American.
