Overall satisfied with pickup and delivery. Carrier was on time and vehicle had no damage. The driver was given two set of keys and only one set was delivered. I call and left a message with my broker and informed him the we were missing a set of keys. I still have yet to here back from him. I would have thought that I would have at least received a return phone call. They should have contacted the driver and followed up on my missing keys. Key are not easily replaced. It is costly and time consuming. Not to mention the security issues. I researched for over a month to find a reputable broker and thought I was making an educated decision. BBB and all. I went with the most expensive bid because I thought that the customer service would be the best. It is disappointing that once you pay the money and the vehicle has been delivered, to not be given any service. I paid and additional 500 dollars more by choosing this outfit instead of my lowest bid. Now I am out even more money for the cost of the keys and having to find the time to go to the dealership and replace my keys. Again I understand that stuff happens and its not a perfect world but I should have received a call and some answer about the situation. I am not so sure I would recommend this broker to a friend if I had no more representation than I had once the delivery was completed.
