I agonized over the decision of which company to use for almost a month and I'm so glad I chose this one. They arrived in my pick up window and dropped off the car within 48 hrs (LA - WA). Super impressed with the level of communication and responsiveness from my agent, scott. I took off a star because I'm in the process of filing a claim (I think the damage was a fluke accident..not negligence) and this part hasn't been so clear. The department is a bit slow but in fairness, there's always someone I can reach.
