The whole process went pretty smoothly from start to finish. At the end of the day, what was important was that my car was picked up around the pick up window and delivered around the delivery window. It wasn’t exact, but very close. It was slightly disappointing that the company ended up having to charge $200 more than the initial quote to hit the dates, but such is life.
