Good service, minor hang ups

Very professional and vehicle made it safely across the country. Timing wasn’t a big driver which is good since it took 10 days to find a truck that was on my route and then another 6 days from TX to NH. Both durations are reasonable. My only hang ups were: a bunch of emails that I would get unnecessarily that I didn’t know how to opt out of and (more importantly) method of payment had to be cash or bank check to driver on delivery which was after being able to deposit with a card over the phone. Not a huge deal but feel like there ought to be an easier way to pay
