Car arrived safely, broker didn't feel valuable

First of all, the actual carrier did a great job. However, I don't feel like the broker was a huge value add versus something like UShip or any of the other DIY shipper finders. I had to constantly remind them of things we'd already discussed, a shipper wasn't found until literally the day before it was supposed to go, and it was hard to get a hold of someone on the phone versus having to play email tag. On top of that, the shipper was not informed of my schedule for when a deliver could be made. The entire experience made me feel like the Ship A Car Direct was a value detractor, not a value adder versus working with a shipper directly. They got the job done, but I certainly wouldn't use them again, recommend them or felt like they provided service worth the fee they charge.
