As preface, my personality type wants to have tasks done so I can stop worrying about it. As such, I chose my ship dates about 2 months in advance. However, shipping a car is one of those industries where you do not have any closure until the day the car ships. Jennifer from Ship a Car Direct did a great job outlining the shipping process and keeping in touch throughout with emails every few weeks. The car shipment was solidified about 2 days prior to my first available ship date and promptly picked up (by GTR Group- Jeffrey the carrier driver was beyond polite and extremely professional) on my first date and delivered 2 days later in the same condition. Process was extremely smooth and I am completely satisfied by Ship a Car Direct and their choice of carrier. I will for sure be a return customer for any future car shipments.
