Stefan was very helpful in preparing to ship our car and the customer service at each step has been great. The carrier that they assigned our transport to was in touch with us promptly and kept us updated all through the car pick-up process. Due to the transport vehicle having mechanical issues, the scheduled pick-up was a day late. Danny at the transport company let me know as soon as he knew there was going to be a delay and kept in touch with me. The driver also kept in touch with me and let me know he was in town late evening of the original pick-up date and we arranged to meet first thing the next morning. The delay was minor and the vehicle arrived in California on time and in good condition. I really appreciate the communication and good experience as we were pretty nervous about transporting our vehicle so far.
