Poor Correspondence

The correspondence leading up to my vehicle pick up was very poor. The driver texted me one day prior to my scheduled pick up date and asked to pick up my vehicle that evening. I agreed and waited until midnight, but the driver never showed up, nor did he return my texts or phone calls. The following day, the driver did not respond to my texts inquiring about when my vehicle would be picked up. Out of nowhere, I received a text saying the driver was waiting on me at a location 8 miles from my house, despite there being multiple locations closer to my house where the truck could easily navigate. When I called the driver (who barely spoke English) and said it would take me an hour to get to his location, the shipper threatened to cancel my pick up. The lack of correspondence made the entire process very stressful, so if you are looking for a shipping company, I suggest you shop around and find a company who does a better job of letting you know exactly when and where the vehicle will be picked up. The vehicle I shipped ultimately arrived at its destination without incident and within the guaranteed delivery date.
