Ship a Car Direct did a great job explaining the entire process and staying in touch with me. Their agents were informative and helpful, not at all pushy. The driver delivered the car quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is that he was not at all good about staying in touch and changed his mind a lot about when and where to meet.
