Overall my experience is positive. However, it took ShipaCarDirect a bit too long to find a carrier for my car, which happened only after I called them a few times, I got a bit angry, and increased my bid for the shipment service. I appreciated that ShipaCarDirect also took a cut to its fee to increase the money offered to the carrier and get one to say yes. I would have preferred to have a more direct, continuous, and frank dialog with ShipaCarDirect. (If you ask if I have specific constraints for the shipment of my car and then you act as if I have none, it doesn't look good and only makes me more anxious.)
