Recently shipped my vehicle across the country. John, the representative I worked with at Ship a Car Direct, was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. All communication was prompt, clear and transparent and I was particularly pleased with how accommodating they were when I had to change my pickup date on a short notice. Ship a Car Direct worked with my Honda dealership (where I left the vehicle before catching a flight) and the shipping company to arrange a pickup time, smooth and easy. Delivery was timely, quick and professional. Overall, very good value for excellent service and honest way to do business. Thank you for the great work!
