I booked an auto shipping with Matt, 4 wks before the move. Gave Matt specific pick up windows due to our flight. My first pick up date has passed without any appointment calls from Matt or carriers, and Matt was not reachable by phone. Finally Matt responded by email that my pick up window is a surprise to him. I replied with our past emails proving my pick up windows, he doesn't apologize and wrote 'my route is very undesirable to carriers and he cannot guarantee anything.' Time is ticking and when moving is already stressful task, Matt didn't help one bit. I called customer service to see what the cancellation policy is and Matt emailed me ever so quickly "Heard you called to cancel. You are cancelled. Good luck."
This company blasts automated emails pretending they provide personal service but I was never able to talk to Matt in person except the one initial booking phone call.
I went with Montway at the end. Montway guaranteed a 24 hr pick up window by properly trained friendly customer service agent. The pick up happened and my car is safely transported.
